Service and maintenance

Spring Startup is an annual maintenance item. Each spring we will reintroduce water back into the lines. Then each sprinkler head is cleaned around and checked for performance. There are several things that can effect the distance, spray pattern, and watering efficiency of each head. Adjustments are made to provide 100% coverage over the watering areas. Then the timer is programmed to set start times, run times, and days to water. 

Note: Some homeowners attempt this service on their own but are later not satisfied with the overall watering during the peak watering season. This happens when small details are missed during startup.

In season repair is a service we provide to fix any and all types of repairs needed when a sprinkler system isn't functioning properly. These repairs are most typically:

• A broken or nonfunctioning sprinkler head
• A continual leak in a specific area of the lawn
• A specific dry area indicating an unknown problem
• A timer not working properly or at all

Fall Winterization is a necessary annual service we provide. Water that remains in the system over winter  will freeze and damage pipes, heads, and other major components. Each fall we will blow out the sprinkler system to prevent this.
